Founded in 2015 by Supercell entrepreneurs Ilkka Paananen and Mikko Kodisoja, We Foundation works to ensure that, regardless of their background, every child has the opportunity to enjoy hobbies, believe in their future and feel like they belong.

At the heart of We Foundation are activities that promote children and families' well-being and equality. Instead of granting, we have chosen to play an active role. We have created a system for social impact assessment and metrics that we continue to develop with our long-term partners.
We believe that the technology we create will become essential in understanding the impact NGOs and public sector organizations working with children, youth and families make. It will allow them to measure and verify the accessibility and effectiveness of their operations and produce much needed data from the field.
Our goal is that in the future all organizations like our partners will be able to verify the positive impact of their activities and better reach children and families with increased risk of social exclusion.
