Would you like to join an ambitious and dedicated team to develop unique technology to tackle social exclusion among children, youth and families? We Foundation is now looking for an Expansion Manager to join the small yet productive team to explore new markets and keep the growing number of partners happy!

We’ve seen non-profit organizations - like us - struggling with measuring, quantifying and making visible their activity and its positive impact. We are changing how data is collected and used in nonprofits and among their funders: we are in a journey of making social impact visible, measurable and comparable through technology. Our social impact platform is currently used by the leading nonprofit organizations in Finland, and is receiving a growing interest from organizations alike abroad. We are now looking for an Expansion Manager to take the lead in the first partnerships outside of Finland.

As our Expansion Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for our global nonprofit social impact platform partners. You are on the pulse of understanding what regions are relevant for our growth and will find partners that benefit the most from our technology. You will work closely with NGOs that work directly with children, youth and families, supporting them with onboarding to our impact technology. Eventually, you will be the one helping them to be the pioneers of leading their operations with impact data, and making their work visible & better funded.

We hope you are deeply customer-oriented and ambitious and have excellent project management skills. You have exceptional people and collaboration skills, and know how to find solutions and how to put them in practice. You understand how nonprofits work outside Finland, and ideally have already worked directly with regional partners in other language than English.

What you will be doing:

  • Building, developing and maintaining We Foundation’s partnerships outside of Finland
  • Training the future partners’ operational teams and running them through a smooth onboarding to our technology
  • Finding solutions to our partners’ needs together with our tech & communications teams
  • Participating in product development from expansion point of view

What we wish to see from you:

  • Proven track record of international sales or customer success operations
  • Background or interest in working with NGOs and nonprofits on operative level
  • Interest in technology product development
  • Passion for tackling social exclusion & making a long-lasting impact in how social impact is seen
  • Entrepreneurial and curious mind willing to solve challenges
  • Excellent skills in English and ability to do business in an additional language
  • Ability to travel occasionally to ensure good relations and smooth onboarding with our partners

As the Expansion Manager, you’ll have the chance to join developing a unique product in a mission-driven organization together with a motivated, fun and growth-oriented team.
